    2. Important Note: Recording to the cloud requires a cloud recording plan. Ensure you are subscribed for Cloud recording, and that your camera is activated






      Step 1: Launch the mydlink app and sign into your account


      Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the top left, then tap Cloud Recording




      Step 3: Confirm that your camera is activated for cloud recording






      Check to make sure the storage on the camera is set to Cloud Recording


      Step 1: Tap on the menu icon on the top left, then tap Device Settings



      Step 2: Tap on your Camera



      Step 3: Check to make sure the Storage is on Cloud Recording






      Check and make sure that the Automation for the recording is enabled


      Step 1: Tap on the menu icon on the top left, then tap Automations



      Step 2: Check and make sure that your recording Automation is enabled
